|Recommended: YesThis apartment has been such a breath of fresh air after dealing with property management companies who are just in it for the money. At Forest Park they actually care about their tenants, the staff always has smiles on their faces. When I moved in we did a walk through together to make sure I would not be charged for anything that was damaged or wear and tear from previous tenants. Which was awesome. It is the cleanest, and nicest place I have ever rented Mac, the leasing manager, was so great He made things go so smoothly. I seriously cannot say enough good stuff about this place. The appliances are all new and updated I LOVE IT HERE

|Recommended: YesForest Park was a great home for me for my second year of grad school Great location right on the bus line, about 20 min to downtown , a really nice amount of space for a reasonable price, and very kind management Parking wasn't ideal not quite enough spaces for each 2 bed apartment , but the area was quiet and most people at the complex are generally pleasant. I probably would've stayed had I not been moving cross-country for my next job.
|Recommended: YesSarah and the whole team have been so helpful relocating my son and I after a less than favorable situation at another complex. Communication and planning have been on point and they do their absolute best to keep me informed on any concerns or changes happening in our quiet community. The apartment was pristine when we moved in and any work orders I've entered have been taken care of the very next day Including a new fridge at the first sign of thaw I'm extremely impressed with the SUHRCO work ethic and you can tell everyone really cares about their residents and about equity throughout.
Friends and family that have visited also can see themselves living here and have all commented at the quiet and calmness of the property.

|Recommended: YesForest Park Apartment Complex for Families — Great layout for having families live here. Good amenities and storage. The apartment complex is located near the main street to go to work, shopping, and walking areas.
However, walls are thin and you can hear all your neighbors' business. Buy a white noise machine if you need to.
Good parking is available if you snag a spot in time especially if you or your roommates have a second car for the complex.
Unfortunately apartment complex has an issue with overfilling garbage. Every week there is garbage piled up and tenants randomly place their old furniture and garbage near staircases.
Grounds need a makeover and need gutters cleaned out.
Make sure you document all your maintenance orders in writing and take pictures.
